Alison serves as both a Paralegal and Office Manager at McKnight Kitzinger.\u00a0 Since joining the firm in 2015 as a Legal Assistant, Alison has increasingly assumed more responsibility, first by being promoted to a full-time Paralegal, and then by assuming the responsibilities of the Office Manager. Not surprisingly, Alison wears a variety of hats at the firm. She provides litigation and transactional support, assisting in drafting and filing of pleadings and motions, in both State and Federal court, and providing case support during discovery, court appearances, hearings, and trials.\u00a0 Alison is also experienced in providing support for residential and commercial real estate transactions.\u00a0 Alison utilizes her organizational skills daily as she handles the scheduling and calendaring for all of the attorneys at McKnight Kitzinger. She is also the person to contact with all of your billing inquiries.<\/span><\/p>\n
